Youth with various backgrounds and ideas in action for wolrd peace. Dialogue and spirit of Bhineka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity) the spirit of Indonesia. Bhineka Tunngal Ika (unity in diversity) is widely known as indonesian motto which means despite the diversities in Indonesia, Indonesia is stil united by the nation, Indonesia. This fundamental value has to be keep in mind and implement in daily life. Indonesia is known of its abundant diversities (local language, cultures, races, religions, beliefs, and so on). Proud of and respect it. Ironically, these amazing source of multicultural value often  be a trigger to conflict among different group within our nation. Young generation has responsibility to preserve this diversities, value of the national motto and make sure each youg generation indonesia have spirit to be united.

Song, one of the many united factor. Multicultural value of the global citizenship with the rich diversities of Indonesia, to make a motto aims the diiference can be a factor to be united, like the official song football world cup “we are one” in Brazil 2014, this song reflect the different can be unity, we are one not two or three, just one and the only one. If we look the various background with different language, cultures, religion, and nation. This song, can be a soul in every person from arround the world Visited in brazil that there is no differences but just a fair play and United Spirit. From the simple things like Song, there is not impossible to create world peace, from the little things to big things.

Conflict that happen intergroup in society are often triggered by prjudice and negative stereotype. These prejudice and negative stereotype of certain groups of society, race, or religion can lead to miss understanding, a failure in diaogue between two or more groups, and threatened feeling by other groups.  Indonesia with abundant diversities, that can be a trigger of the conflict. In exampe like Sumbawa Tragedy in 2013, that was happened when Born day of Sumbawa Regency on January 20^th my lovely town, a bloody clonflict happened between two tribes Sumbawa and Bali that was stimulated by misunderstanding between the two, that a far from motto and way of life Sumbawa people “Samawa Sabalong Samalewa” Means that Balance between religion and life, Sumbawa with peace love of people from more than hundreds years ago but that is gone, like Nightmare to every people in Sumbawa. That tragedy was happened because missunderstanding between them. We can also mention more cases such as what happened in Sampit, Poso, Sampang, Lombok, Dompu, and so on. If we retrieve backward the initial problem, we think back of dialogue. Different result would have emerge if we took our time to dialogue with other and created mutual understanding. Therefore, it is proven that dialogue is an essential thing not only for resolving conflicts, but also for our daliy living.

Consider the importance and urgency of dialogue as a tool of conflict resolution. Youth empowerment and also community building. Most conflicts are stemmed from differences in views and values, thus an opportunity to share ideas and thought with others and thought with others adn to understand each other. With The Dialogue, offering an opportunity to tackle bad issues and to find alternative ways or solutions, and the most important things is we as the young generation with the young spirit, believe that every youth have an own ideas and soul for world peace.
